Sovereign Harbour Retail Park, Pevensey Bay Rd, Eastbourne BN23 6JH, UK – 0871 200 2000
Great parking which makes life easy. Seats are comfortable and cinema was clean. However during the trailers prior to film starting the picture went off. It wad off for 10 minutes or so. No information given out to explain what was happening. Some people went out to tell staff that there was no picture. Poor customer service that no apologies given or indeed no staff came into see what was going on. Terrible customer service.
Good, spacious cinema with accessible, comfortable seating. The seats themselves have cup holders. Snacks and drinks include coffee, soft drinks, slushies, hot dogs, cheesy nachos, popcorn, chocolates and pick 'n' mix. Staff are polite and helpful. If I remember correctly, there are five screens in total.

Went here last night and me and my partner were the only ones there! The screen was big, plenty of seats, very old fashioned but I loved it! It was really like stepping back into the past when we walked through those front doors. Incredible experience, I will be coming back weekly from now on. I wouldn't refub this place, I think it would take away its character and charm. Leave it as it is I say and support your local cinema by simply going to watch new movies there. It would be good if the cinema did other events, like show this summers world Cup, host comedy nights, etc as it truly is a stunning building.
Lovely old fashioned cinema and theatre. Been there a few times to watch movies. Great price for a cinema.

It one of the places in Eastbourne that I love visiting at least once a year🤗Definitely a place to go 🌞
Good theatre. Went to see dirty dancing with my sisters and the bodyguard with my husband. Both shows brilliant. X

Beautiful theatre lovingly restored. Clean toilets, lovely well stocked bar, and comfortable seats with a sensible gap between rows. Went to see the Scarlet Pimpernel. Well made production with a cast of six. Aligned nicely with the book. Small audience on a Wednesday evening, but really enjoyed the experience. Definitely will go again and support this theatre.
A very traditional theatre. Comfortable seats with lots of good leg room. Not sure if they have reconditioning as it was a little on the warm side. Exceptional view of the stage so you get immersed into the performance. Staff very helpful and booking on line extremely easy. Certainly would recommend.

Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The tickets are good value, seats are what you would expect for a theatre of this age, a little tatty at the edges, but money is being raised for refurbishment. Row J has extra leg room, and there are 2 wheelchair spaces with companion seats available. Reasonable range of drinks available at the bar for good prices, but the bar is cash only (cash machine over the road at Tesco Express if you need it.) I've seen several shows here now, and they've always been good fun. Highly recommended.
Very nice theatre with fantastic staff recently been renovated to a high standard. Brilliant setting. We saw The Full Monty it was awful very weak cast very few of whom could sing even less that could act.
